Service & property has declined considerably

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2004
 
Management is unresponsive to tenant issues. In the last year we have suffered through most of a virginia summer w/out reliable air-conditioning; broken elevators for over a month w/out communications from the mgmt; horrible mildew in the apt; outrageous rent increases; and ants even on the 4th floor. This is now normal for the property.
