(First of all...getting in to write a comment is a pain.) This is my third try so I will keep this short. And will not leave it "anonymous". ( I have nothing to hide.)



Its obvious to me that the complainers here have nothing better to do with their time. Those that like it here must really like it. (I guess.) What I am saying is this...if you don?t like something or want it changed, call the office or the corporate office. I made a suggestion because I get home after hours. The office extended its hours! Imagine that!



I have lived here for 3 years, got two big rental increases. I excercied my right and "expressed" my concern. I just got my renewal notice for this year. Guess what' No increase. AT ALL!



I moved in when they were putting in a new roof (what a pain). Last summer they worked on some stairs in my friends building (another pain). All I am saying is...yes alot of things look like they need to get done...but take your 15 minutes that it takes to read or write your complaint online and send it to the office.



I challenge all my neighbors at Summit Square to put their thoughts to "pen and paper" and send it to the office. Let THEM see what WE are thinking and feel. We will probably get results. Stop your whining.



Overall, I will not move from here unless I HAVE to. I like it here. Simply put.



Anywhere you go you will have contact with the office every month. (You have to pay rent.) How you handle yourself as an adult is the differnce between results and just plain whining.



Don?t drink and drive.

Don?t whine and rent.



p.s. Thank you to those that hated this place and moved out...you are probably the ones that never said "hi" as you walked by and pretended the world revolves around you.
