looks good on surface, but digging deeper becomes sketchy

I loved everything about Summit Square until they made the decision to switch to condos in the near future. They have taken almost every amenity away from their current tenants including the following: fitness center, pool furniture, car wash station, barbecue area, doggie bags for dogs. They are a HORRIBLE management company and don't ever get sucked in...
