YOUR recommendations are not valid Anymore. There isnt going to be a managment company and there are going to be NEW appaliances and new carpet, new floors, new cabinets. AND EVEN BETTER NEIGHBORS than those who have nothing better to do than get on a website and be cruel and unusual. SO if you dont have $400k to buy your unit you need to keep your opinons to your brooke self. I am not sure why any one would even bother posting anything on this site anymore.
