I have lived here for almost a year. Along with my husband and two young daughters.I have not had any real problems. The office staff is WONDERFUL! They treat you with respect and listen to your concerns.I can't get over just how wonderful they really are!(must make good money-lol)The maintance man is always cleaning up the grounds and is always smiling and saying hello. The are very down to earth people.
I love the size of the apartment we have. They are very large and open. They don't have patios or a balcony.But it is soo close to the schools. I can see the elemantry school from my window. The only issue I have had (very recently) is the ppl. below us keep turning their music up loud.(late at night-after 10:00pm) Mng. would rather neighbors act neighbor like.(ask the other ppl. to turn it down- but that rarely works) But thats just how some ppl. are. Thats been the only problem I have had. Which you can't really blame on the apartment complex--just stupid people. But it is a great place for children. They have a small fenced in park and you can walk to the parks at the school. You are also VERY close to gas stations and the groc. store. You will hear the trains as they come and go. Oh, one other issue is Football season...we are directly beside the field. You will hear the game- and the lights stay on late. So, you will need to get dark curtains- to help block out the light. But on the plus side you can watch the game from your living room. They do pretty good about keeping nonresidents from parking in the area. You need decals.
I would say if an apartment becomes open or available- and you want a nice place jump at it. It's also a good area.(have not had any problems with violence or crime)
As long as you pay your rent on time- you have no problems. I really have enjoyed staying here. But we will be moving- not because of anything being wrong here- just because we need to be closer to work, doctors offices.....
I wanted to write a review here just so other parents know Orange Co. does have one really nice apartment community. I highly recommend it here!! PS- the price is GREAT- compared to the surrounding areas. - lord knows I have checked them out.
