If you're looking for a dump (or in the mood for taking one), then look no further. Neighbors are noisy as all get out. Kids loiter around in the parking lot and in between the units. Just one dumpster for the entire complex (which overflows on a constant basis, reeks to the high heavens, and serves as a homing beacon for all kinds of insects - bees, flies, and smelly bees and flies.) Walls so thin you can just about look through them. Basically you can hear everything your neighbors do (and I mean everything). Open doors. Sit down on chairs / beds. Flush. Shower. Brush teeth. Talk. (If you listen real close you can even hear them talking about you - the excitement never stops here!). But most importantly this apartment complex should change its name from Parkview Estates to Noisy Smelly Whorehouse O'Plenty. Getting down. Getting down. Getting down. That's all these neighbors do is get down. Any time. Any day. And you can hear it in every room of your dive that you are currently renting. But don't bother to complain about anything here cause ain't nothing getting done. Complaints here are viewed as a nuisance. So if you have noise problems...well...good luck (and God bless) cause ain't no one going to help you on this one. Anyway, if your looking for a place to rent and are wondering what exactly would count as a Whorehouse from Hell than Parkview Estates may just be perfect for you. (But don't say I didn't warn you.) :)
On a positive note the apartments are brand new (built in 2006), conveniently located, very spacious, and fairly inexpensive - which probably explains the neighborly problems.

You must live in the nice part of complex where there are no problems. You are lucky! It is very hard for me to have a neighborly relationship with my next doors neighbors because I know more than I need to know about their intimate life! I have live in other places! The managers there took care of issues, not tell you their tenants to deal with it on their own. I also could not hear my neighbors in their private moments, so I could have a neighborly relationship with them. All in all, the apartments are nice, but just need to be managed better.

my best suggestion would be to go to the office and sit down and really try to tell them how you feel. Everytime I have had any problems Carol always took care of it asap. But don't forget wild people (and wild intimate relations) should not be considered the apt. complexes mess up. That's just how some people are. (no matter if it's right or not)I understand how uncomfortable that would be. Maybe you could ask to be switched to the other side. Just a thought! Take care and good luck!
