We moved into these apts because there were no openings in other complexes. The apartment was pretty much filthy when we moved in. The person who lived in apt before must have fried food on regular basis. Kitchen was covered with grease. Had to give whole apt through cleaning before feeling comfortable living in it. Appliances are ancient. Management won't replace them unless they don't work at all. Carpeting is old and cheap. My car was hit in the parking lot and no one seemed to know anything about it.
