These apartments are old, the walls are thin. The flooring is yellow and the towel rack is hung at a 20 degree angle! Oh and when we put in a maintenance request for that, they simply said "we cannot fix that". Nice, anyways we move out soon and they (I guess) forgot we only owed them the pro-rated amount, well we get served an eviction notice for not paying the other half. They have towd our cars, they do nothing about the noise and soon enough anyone in craterwoods will be fortunate enough to live right next to Goodwill. I wouldn't complain if I didn't pay 640 dollars for 635 sq ft. Thats almost a dollar for ever sq ft of 1989 carpeting in the house. Oh and note to management, remove nails before you paint and also to the cleaning staff, clean carpet atleast a day before move in so carpet isn't soaking wet for new tenanats!!!
