CONS- rent is a little high, you get more space in other apartments for less. parking really stinks, people that live across the street park in your space. walls are stremly thin, not good for privacy. balcony glass door feels unsafe.
cabinets are old and ugly. rug is dirty and stained.

PROS- maintenance is good, military friendly, close to highways and stores.nice quiet area, pool, carwash, playground.
