My daughter and I moved to Crater Woods in January 2008, we have enjoyed living here. We enjoy our neighbors, maintenance staff and our apartment. We looked all over for a great apartment in Petersburg and we found it here. I love the convenience of having a washer and dryer in my unit [and at no extra charge]. We are close to shopping, a pharmacy and the interstate.

As far as Maintenance, the staff is polite and complete the work orders in a timely manner. I put my work order in online, and within the same day, the items are fixed.

The staff in the office has changed since I first signed my lease. But the ladies in the office office are sweet and pleasant. They recently had a football social at the clubhouse. I was a bit surprised more people did not show, but I did enjoy the time spent there that evening. I am looking for more events like this.

Nice post by the management. What resident would include a comment like "[and at no extra charge]." And how many single parents attend football socials held on a weekday night? You failed to mention the town hall meeting with the Petersburg Police last month that was forced to happen due to the high level of crime in the complex.
