lieutenants run is a nice place, everything new, well-lit area, this is true. but if you're a military family hoping to be in housing soon, this is not the place for you! you are stuck in this lease! if you have small children like most of us do, do not opt for a 2nd/3rd floor apartment! you can hear every move everybody makes and goodness forbid you're in an upstairs unit. we put a deposit on a ground floor apartment only to be told there weren't any available (back in december). when we moved in we saw all these empty units and didn't think much of it, we're just like, ok, why couldn't we get in one of these, we figured they just weren't ready for occupancy yet. so here we are accepting a 2nd floor apt. after all, we are paying to stay in lodging and it's not cheap so we need this asap. so now 3 months later, we've gotten 2 loud noise notices (like i said you can hear every move everybody makes above you, everybody just doesn't feel the need to report it, after all, a lot of people here have small children), 1 dumpster in the whole complex (be ready to lug some trash), crappy maintenance service (dishwasher malfunction first week we were here, no show for nearly a week), and no return phone calls when you need them. so military families seeking housing soon, this is not the place for you, check around for short term leases or clauses in your lease stating that once bah is taken you're free to go. if you don't have a choice, i understand, but be careful and read between all lines!

thanks for your posting on this website. Although I have no children at this point, I can relate to everything else because I came from a place similar to this out in Arizona. Everything was new, but the management could have been better and the maintenance was hit or miss.
