since living here i have not been able to get anything fixed when i put ina work order. maintenance enters without the giving a notice and without leaving a work order slip letting me know that he has entered my apartment when i am not there and whether or not th job is finished. i rarely can park in front of my building and the garbage disposal arrangement is horrible. trash piles up leaving the outside appearance sore for the eyes. i am usually embarrassed to invite others to my home.
