The management doesn't screen applicants carefully. The tenants are low class and very rowdy. Children are unsupervised and hang out in the halls.They tore the fence down around the playground. The buildings hallways and stairs are never cleaned always filthy. The garbage dump is a mess on the weekends trash is all over the place. The office never answers the phone when you call. The inside of the apartments are decent. Laundry room is dirty too. Always water in the washing machines.
