Okay place to stay. The down side is that since the college is just around the corner, there are many, many, many college students around the way. I would suggest staying up towards the front of the complex. I lived in the back and every day the train came past like clockwork, even in the middle of the night when trying to sleep. Also, the bugs in the back are out of control. There was not a day that went by that I did not have some crazy looking bug in the house. On one occassion, there was even a little frog in the apartment.
All-in-all, I must say that I never had any real complaints or frustrations while living in this community.
