I have lived at River Road Terrace for almost a year, and I am very thankful that my lease is almost up and we will be able to move. The office staff has not been very professional and it took 2 weeks and 3 phone calls to get maintenance to come and tell me they can't fix something. My bathtub is peeling and apparently the just painted over the dirt and dust in the hot water heater closet that has caused me some serious respiratory issues. My husband lived here about 5 years ago when he was in college and it was much better than it is now.
