I live here with my husband and he is in the military. We received orders and notified the Property --------------------a.k.a. ----- & LIAR a month and a half in advance. She said we did not give a written notice, but when I first told her she said we did not need to give here anything else other than a copy of the orders and I did. When it got closer to moving out and cleaning up she said she never received the written notice so we will have to give her one and will have to pay for a months rent basically.
Bottom line, the ----- lied to me and her manager saying she never spoke to me and never told me that she didn't need anything else than the orders.
Just make sure you make them include the Military Clause in the Lease, if they can not do it you can get a form on post at the Housing Dept. for them to sign and include.
We were desperate and short on time that's why we ended up here. If we had more time we would of looked elsewhere. So if you have time, pass this up and look elsewhere..
On a good note the electricity was included in the rent and it had new appliances.
Another bad thing, the insulation sucks, you can hear the person next door & downstairs watching t.v. and talking on the phone or just when they have guests. The hot water goes out after 20 mins so if my husband took a shower and I wanted next, he had to make his shower real quick.
I also found a dead bat on my dresser when I was pregnant last year and when I told the property manager she just said, it happens we just found a dead bat in the stairwell the other day too. Can you believe that! I just covered it up with a plastic bag and it took her about 5 hours to come a get it out. I wasn't going to touch that ----!

In response to the comment about taking money from the military. We give military more discounts and specials than anyone else. When the residents above left the property they were very happy. There was unfortanetly a misunderstanding about the notice that they needed to give. It was clearly stated in the lease that they had to give a 30 day notice. We aslo made a seperate addendum to the lease for military that states they must give 30 day written notice plus a copy of the orders. It is unfortunate that some people will write so many untrue negitive things when they do not get their way. In this case even after she wrote this comment and moved out I re-rented their apartment and they received a refund for the amount they had to pay. I work with all of my residents to try to make them happy and don't appreciate the comments that were left.

Sounds like sour grapes to me. I've been at the property many times and am always in awe at how lovely the units are. If and when I ever move out of my house, I will head straight there.
