It's OK, but way too expensive for 1 bdrm.

The appartments are all-right, but as I said, for a one-bedroom $575 a month is much, and the price seems to go higher every 6 months or so. There are two pools, one almost never opened ( I saw it opened about twice this summer - not in a week-end either) and the water pretty nasty. The main pool is open more often, like sometimes but not too often, and the water water nasty. Is it so hard to take care of it' The people hired to do the job have no clue what they're doing. There are about 50 neighbours that own a Pittbull, aren't they illegal' Nobody seems to care at the office.....and speaking of office people; there's one nice lady, in rest they're pretty snotty. Depending on your neighbour, you might have to stay all-night and lilsten to loud Base...like I do sometimes, and I could get high just standing in the hall-way from all the smoke from neighbours.
