ceiling collapse with water running down the walls and sparks flying out of the outlets with big storms. when i called management, he replied "so what' you want me to make it stop raining'" when someone finally came by the apt he took all the plaster that had fallen from the ceiling and walls, dumped it in my bathtub, and tried to leave.
--take the rental agent/management to court and you will win! take photos of your damage. these guys have been ripping people off for years. do NOT let him try to make a settlement with you. other tenants have been to court abt this building.
--EXTREMELY loud music from the restaurant on the 1st floor (if it is still there). loud enough to shake your windows with vibrations until abt 4 am. the police and management won't do anything, nor will the restaurant managers.
--one tenant reportedly got robbed at gunpoint in the lobby
