I have read the previous comments and I can not believe that so much negativity has been spread about Bay View Gardens Apartments. I have lived on this property for over 13 years and have had nothing but a pleasant and positive experience. The office staff is professional and so very friendly and they are always there when I call or stop by. Whenever I have a maintenance issue, it is resolved in a timely manner and never goes undone. Yes we have security doors on our building and yes they do work as long as everyone that lives in that entrance makes sure it stays closed at all times. Having the security door on my building helps me sleep sound at night knowing that not just anyone can come and hang out in our building. There is ample parking for everyone who lives out here. There are lots of visitors spaces for visitors to park. They do require us to have a decal on our car so that the cars that are parked in our parking lots that do not have a sticker and are here just visiting and they do not park in visitors can be identified and towed off of our property. I love that management has allowed for a towing company to come in and manage the parking situation. It allows for more parking spaces for actual residents. In my closing, I believe that whomever has taken the time out to actually degrade the staff, management, and overall property has not left on good terms and that is fine, but please take into consideration when you are reading their comments and mine. If Bay View Gardens was as horrendous as they are portraying it to be, then why in the world would I have stayed here for over 13 years' I can afford to be anywhere I would like to be, but with such a positive experience living here, why leave' Keep up the good work Bay View Gardens and don't let the negativity hinder your every day work to upkeep our property.

I agree with what you said. However, I don't like the office hours. Management needs to realize that most people who live in Bay View Gardens have full time jobs. Plus, management is not always in the office during the scheduled office hours or days. I left work early and arrived at the office 30 minutes BEFORE closing and the office was closed. And this happened more than one time! Also, residents need to stop smoking like a chimney in the hallways. There are people like me who have asthma.
