My husband and I found these apartments, and at the time they were all we could afford that was close to where he worked. I've lived on the west coast all of my life so maybe some of this is just regional, but the apartments were horrible. Apparently their idea of freshening an apartment's bathroom is to slap some pain on the walls(including the tile) and in the tub, which was chipping. There is no counter space in the kitchen there are two work spaces that are 2X1 each, and that's it.
The noise level wasn't bad so long as you don't mind people fighting in the parking lot, sirens at all hours of the day and night. This is my personal issue with the apartments, the laundry room. It's open from 8-8 each day, except when they have to close it because too many people have been doing drugs in there. All of the residents have had a notice posted on the outer door to the apartments reminding people that if they're found holding loud parties, or with illegal substances that they'll be evicted. I'm disappointed that they would even have to remind people. There is so much more I could say, but it all comes down to find somewhere else if you want any peace at all.
