We moved in on Sept. 14th 2007 and have been very pleased with our townhouse. We get two parking spots off the street and the grounds are always clean and well maintained. They allow large pets so I could take my two labs with me, and the pet rent is very reasonable. The town house is in very good shape, the carpet looks new and they just replaced all the windows with energy star one's. The maintenance staff is very polite and actual punctual. It is a very quiet place to live and we are right across from the city park (a nice place to walk the dogs). The rent isn't bad if you compare it to other apartments that allow large pets. The only down fall that I can think of is that not everyone follows the "pick up after your pet" law. So you do run into quite a bit of "surprises" if you don't watch where you walk. But overall I love to people, location, and price. Wouldn't want to rent from anyone else!
