I remember Cedarfield back 15 years ago before it was even "Cedarfield" and it was still a great place to be. Since then they have made so many great changes and improvements. I've lived at Cedarfield now for 4 years, and have been perfectly happy. Maintenance is always courteous and responds quickly to work order requests. The office staff has always been helpful. The grounds are always kept up nicely, and improvements are always being made to keep the community looking nice. There are no other apartments close by so you don't have to worry about having a bad neighborhood next door. My townhome has good storage space compared to other places I've lived. It also has full size washer/dryer hook-ups so I was able to bring my own. I have a nice patio out front too. You can have large dogs out here, which is nice, because it's really hard to find an apartment that will let you have a big dog. We've started paying our own utilities, but when I compared with what other communities were doing, it was equal. The rent may be a little more than some around this area, but I also know that you pay for what you get. All in all, when I did check around at other prices, it just wasn't worth moving to an "iffy" area for $30 less a month. Cedarfield is the place to be if you want peace of mind, and good service!
