I have been here for under year. I have been in the Apt. My nieghbors are wonderful. I love living next to them, but one of them had a someone try to enter their apt. in the middle of the night last week. Lucky for them they have a dog! I am glad that I live on the second floor. I will be moving this weekend. Knowing that this area is becoming a higher crime spot I am glad that I will be staying here anymore. About the parking. The townhomes have wonderful parking. They have plenty of space. The Apt. have 5 buildings that have to share 40 parking spots. 4 out of 5 of those buildings have 8 apt.. Most people have 2 or 3 cars. So you can see that the parking is a total nightmare for the Apt's. For the noise, you can hear 90% of what your nieghbors do. If the kids are mad you can hear them scream and throw things. That takes me to the kids in the nieghborhood. They go in and out of all the buildings. If they do not live in the building it does not stop them. I have even seen the kids go into other apt. that are empty! The kids are mostly on their own. As for safety, the lights on the end of my building never turn on. It is scary to walk my dog at night. As for the Staff, when I moved in they were wonderful. Then they have changed office staff. The new person is nice unless you need something done. They will not do anything about the flea and tick problem. They tell us to just treat our apt's and that is all that can be done. The problem with that is that you have to treat the grass too. Or when you, the kids, or the dogs come in from outside you have fleas and ticks back inside. They do not want to do anything about the grass because of money. That is part of having a place that takes dogs and kids. I am pulling ticks off of myself everyday. I know others in and around my building are having the same problem. We all have told the office and they said "It was not their problem". From the time I moved in I have had a problem with fleas. My dog has never had a problem until we moved here. My nieghbor's dog was very sick because of the fleas and spiders in their apt.. They had to pay almost $1000 for their dog. The problem just gets worst and the office does not care. If you move here DO NOT MOVE INTO THE APARTMENTS!!!! I only know second hand about the townhomes. I do know that A guy and a kid got shot in the townhomes last friday. I will not come back even if my rent was free.
