Whoever the people are who gave the place one star are obviously delusional. This place is a wonderful place with great neighbors (mostly) and a great environment. The staff promptly replies to any problems, maintenance is quickly fixed. We have never had a bug problem, and we have two cats, and have never dealt with fleas. I would recommend to anyone that they should move in here.

Let me guess you are the one with the two black cats( with one other color spots)? You never leave your apartment so how would you get fleas. and second floors are the last place fleas would be. OK in responce to another.... Fleas do not like heat. So in an apt. They would be less likely to be on the second floor. On the second floor you might have to deal with spiders, roaches, and flying bugs.
