I lived at Cherokee Park for a year and after the first three months I started counting down to when my lease was up. I started noticing slugs in my apartment along with spiders. The walls are very thin and if you live downstairs you can hear your neighbor tip toe across the floor and it sounds like their pushing cement blocks. The parking there is also horrible. I strongly recommend everyone to look elsewhere for an aprtment.
