I have lived here since june of 2007. The staff is very pleasant. I think they are very helpful.

The complex is not much to look at, but it is a great area to live in. I spoke to the local police and they say that the area usually never has any problems. They are always patrolling. They said that their biggest problem is school kids out too late at night.

I have had a couple of clogged pipe issues that were taken care of the same day. I like it. The neighbors are great. Havent had any problems.

I dont have w/d hookups in my apartment but there are laundry rooms in all buildings.

It looks like a ghetto, but once you get to know the people, they are just hard working. Its actually really nice and quiet.
