Dreadful!! A card board box makes a better home...

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
This was the worst place I've ever lived. There was mold everywhere and they refused to treat it. Our a/c was always broken. The stove didn't work. The dishwasher was broken. My father in law replaced the bathroom fans becaue the office wouldn't do it. The noise level is extremely high - we could always hear our neighbors parties and overnight guests. Police we called a couple of times because management didn't want to get involved. Our son was hospitalized immediately after his birth the same week our 60 day notice was due, so we were just less than one week late. The didn't accept it, but we had to move since we had a house already. They charged us thousands of dollars in rent for the next several months, although we suspect the apartment was rented out by then. Our neighbor was deployed for 6 mos and was fined multiple times by managment because his car's inspection sticker expired while he was in Iraq!! My husband was expecting military orders and I was told that we'd still have to finish out the lease because I was listed on the lease too and I didn't have the orders myself - WHAT'! This apt complext is is so many violations of the landlord-tenant act it is ridiculous.
