I've lived at churchland forest for three years now, and yes they have bugs but it's really not bad, i've only found one in my house at all!! and as for the mold, i had a little on my ceiling for about a week i didn't even call it in yet and when i came home one day the apt maintenence people had already gotten it. Plus it's a fairly quiet neighborhood and i was good friends with all the neighbors, i mean a cop and a state trooper lived on my street..if it were that bad they surely wouldn't be living there. I love the place and the area very much, however the office staff does leave a little to be desired but which apt complex doesn't. Just pay rent and you dont ever have to see them again. lol. ...thanx
