I ADVISE YOU TO STRONGLY LOOK ELSEWHERE! THE APARTMENTS ARE OLD. THEY HAVE MOLDING THROUGHOUT AND IF YOU THINKING ABOUT A DOWNSTAIRS APARTMENT- GET READY FOR WATERBUGS. THEY ONLY MAKE SURE YOU HAVE NEW CARPET, THE WALLS ARE HORRIBLE-NO FRESH PAINT. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE THINK TWICE OR PREPARE FOR A YEARLY MIGRAINE. NOT WORTH THE $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
