I have rented from them since June of 2008. My lease is up and even if the rent was free I would not stay here! My car has been vandalized twice and one stolen right in front of my house. The police never came out to the scene, they took my reports over the phone. The maintenance crew even snoops around your house when you're not home. The rental office gave my key to an outside plumber one day who was working on my neighbors bathroom. I'm in the shower, and this guy just walks in!!! I complained to the rental office because I was not given notice of anyone entering my unit and this guy just walked into my house without even knocking! I hate it here. They are rude and the pool has only been open 4 or 5 times since Ive been leasing from them. Whats the point of having a pool in your complex if it's never going to be open.They have no grace period for rent. Your rent is due by the 1st of every month. So if the 1st falls on a Sunday, your rent is due that Friday before. If not you get a hefty late fee. My neighbors suck. They throw parties all night and it sounds like they are in my house.OH I HATE IT! ALL RENTERS BEWARE! NEVER RENT FROM CHURCHLAND FOREST!
