Overall I have been disappointed in my time at Churchland Square apts. They are poorly maintained and maintenance is usually extremely slow. The grounds are average. The children are constantly playing in the parking lot and outside all times of night. The staff is pleasant but unhelpful. The apartment needs to be upgraded.
