This apartment complex is the worst! There are too many kids out all times of the day and night playing ball and sometimes hitting your car. Letters was sent out addressing the issue but nothing is really done about it. I noticed a guy dealing drugs during the daytime about 10am before I left for work. Police are patroling sometimes but not often enough. The neighbors are nosey and rude. The staff are not helpful and always seem to have an attitude. If you touch your thermostat to adjust it then your bill will go sky high. My bill was $40 one month and I adjusted the air and the next month it was $120. I couldn't believe it. You do not get a grace period for the rent...the next day it's late. The walls are paper thin. I have a bottom apt. and I can hear the guy upstairs snoring every night. Change your mind if you plan to live here.
