I moved in January of 2007. I've been there for almost a year and I like it. It is a quiet area. The landscapers are there every Tuesday. You do have the occasional loud music and hanging out in the parking lot BUT I'd really like for someone to let me know where you can find a place in this area that it doesn't ever happen. I just had a baby and it's nothing so loud that it would startle her. The front office staff are very friendly and helpful. Water and sewage is included in the rent, however, you pay for gas and electricity. They give you a key to do your laundry in the rooms downstairs. Some people are inconsiderate and they leave the door wide open which attracts night bugs. The few times I have done my laundry late at night, I've never been mugged. I've forgotten my wallet in my car a dozen times and all my credit cards and money is still there with the doors left unlocked for hours. There is only one marked parking spot for each apartment and the parking lot does get full but if there is parking on the street.
