I lived here for a year and a half..
every time i left i worried about the welfare of my pregnant wife at home..
You want a perfect example' They shot and killed the pizza guy last week,, seriously..
I've seen the maintanance workers smoking weed in their golf carts and then come fix your AC ( that never worked right actually).
Any given time of day i can just look out my window and witness a drug deal in the parking lot.
Anytime I walked outside smoking a ciggerette I can assure you i had some scumbag asking me if i had an extra one.
The windows in the place were bought probably at the dollar store..
The rental staff could care less about your problems,, they charged me a late fee on my rent when their online system failed to take it out like it was supposed to..
I had to go to their boss who also doubted me and tried to tell me my bank account was closed.
I had to call my bank on speaker phone in the office to prove to them that they never even tried and my bank account had sufficient funds.
How about the stellar laundry rooms you may ask' One washer is always broken and the rental staff requires that you contact the number on the machine yourself to get anything fixed.
(there is no number on the machine) This all may sound like im exaggerating but im serious.
Not every night did all this happen but I did hear gunshots a couple times a month.
It doesnt even look that bad during the day.
I dare you to call portsmouth police dept and ask about edgefield.
This place is a -------- do yourself a favor, save your money, maybe even your life.

Again so-called drug deals witnessed, do you have any proof photographs, license numbers or video tape, nope probably not, but you can post a picture of a stolen vehicle ?? wow! That is terrific like the whole including the license number thing too. Oh, and the phone numbers are posted on the wash machines and dryers, in fact the number is riveted to the machine and you never learned to read ?? darn shame! A hood rat, so what you are really saying is you hate black people - I feel sorry for your unborn child.
