This place is rediculous! Its discusting. They have jipped me out of alteast 2000 on "late fees". I've given them my rent every month in money orders and they always "lose" it. I have to bring down the recipt for the money order every freaking month to prove that I paid my rent. Then they misteriously find it and then demand that I pay late fee's because my rent wasn't paid untill the day they "found" my money order. It's rediculous. There are roaches EVERYWHERE. It doesn't matter how you keep your house. They still come back! And were not talking little things, they are HUGE!! The maintnence staff calls them water bugs! Speaking of maintence!! One time we had a gas leak at our house. We called the emergency maintence like we were supposed to. They told us that they would be there when they can! So i called the GAS COMPANY themselves and they fixed the problem. After the problem was fixed the maitence guy showed up. He was in MY HOUSE on his cell phone talking about killing someone! Not joking around either! I tried to complain to the rental office, they did NOTHING! So i went above thier heads and I was assured that he would be fired. He got fired 4 months later for reasons that they cannot release. Irreguardless he wasn't fired untill 4 months freaking later! The whole house is disgusting! The paint is peeling off of the walls. Me and my husband had to spend about 600 dollars moving in just to repaint so that our kid didn't get lead poisioning. They give you a freaking phamplet when you move in...telling you that they HAVE NOT been tested for lead paint! Two people have died here in the 8 months I have lived here. I worry about my son all hours. When he is sleeping in his room (bedrooms are th exterior wall to the parking lot ((where it all goes down)) ) I am scared to death that some maniac is going to shoot his gun all around the place and it go through the FLIMSY wall and kill my son! Not imagine the noise ALL HOURS!! People with thier stero's blasting at all hours, while they are drunk! The drug deals that happen with INFANTS in the damn cars. The violence period is out of control! I cannot even take my child to play on the "playground area" because there are always GROWN MEN getting drunk and swining on the swings. Not to mention all of the gang signs written all over the place and curse words! Also, When you move in. They do NOT let you see aparment in which you will be living in. They show you the model which is great. So if you do take a chance here. ASK TO SEE THE APARTMENT IN WHICH YOU WILL BE LIVING IN. DONT GET FOOLED BY THE MODEL! If they say that they are still working on it then you tell them you dont care. By law they have to show you the EXACT unit that is avaliable! I'm sorry if this is a little scattered but I'm just ranting. I hate this place so bad and I will be moving as soon as my lease is up! Please for the sake of your children and family please dont live here!
