I have lived here for almost 3 years, and I have not had any problems. You have your own assigned parking, no one bothers you unless you want them to. Maintenance is pretty good about fixing things quickly. The rent is cheap and the size of the apartment is decent. The staff is very nice and friendly. You hear the occassional kids running around screaming and people cursing on the weekends, but where don't you hear those types of things. For the $ you pay, Edefield is great.
