management will warn you when you move in that you will get a lot of water thru the windows when it rains.

24 hour doorman and covered parking are a plus, esp since most of portsmouth is not great neighborhood.

the doorman/front desk staff is not very helpful in disputes with other tenants (e.g my neighbor's girlfriend showed up every weekend with all of her screaming kids and lots of laundry and tied up the machines of the floor all day saturday and sunday--and she wasn't even a rent-paying tenant) which is ridiculous considering that these are the most expensive apts in portsmouth.

if you're a resident at the portsmouth naval hospital, it's less than a mile away so you can be showered and asleep post call when everyone else is fighting the traffic in the tunnels.
