Harbor Tower is amazing. From the staff to the management. Everyone is kind and they really care about the residents! The apartments are spacious, and the views from this highrise are outstanding! You are in the middle of the action on the Norfolk/Portsmouth Waterfront, but yet in paradise! It is amazing! We stayed during the last hurricane and this building was like a rock! Near 100 mph winds were loud, but we never felt unsafe. You have to experience it for yourself. You will never find anything like this in Virginia anywhere else. If you have to rent, this is the only place I would suggest because it is worth every penny. Service with a smile! You have to see the site, and take a tour! Rent while a little pricey is well worth it for all the personal attention you get. I live in 13B 1/2 way up the building. The amenities are outstanding, not to mention the people that live here are all very friendly also, mostly business professionals. I look forward to coming home at night to sit out by the pool and relax by the river. Living here is a once in a lifetime experience you have to see to believe!
