The Harbor Tower apartments were filthy. They costs was too much for the product. The service/staff weren't friendly and did not pass on knowledge or requests. The apartments say they have internet, but they don't. So, we asked for a refund of that, and they refused to. There are hidden fees. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

You must have been living at the Heights. Harbor Tower apartments are not filthy. They are spotless. They work very hard maintaining this place. Maintenance staff is one of the best you will ever find. The staff is always friendly with exception of one lady who works midnight shift and sleeps and get grumpy if you wake her. You must have dealt with her. As for internet, they advertise as cable/internet ready. You are required to get you own service. The only hidden fees might be the fee to rent community room or billards room for a private function. All you have to do is ask the front desk. They are more than happy to help you.
