Leasing Office Doesn't Have A Clue

I visited this complex recently. Door to leasing office was locked with sign that agent would return at 2PM. Went back around 2:30PM and was met by a young guy that was friendly but didn't have a clue about apts. The reception area was in total disarray and quite dirty and junky. Extremely poor first impression. Asked about 3 bedroom units and he said he had never been in one. Asked to see 2 bedroom and he finally showed me model but was not helpful at all and could not answer any of my questions. I lived in the area several years ago and I saw this complex in its rundown condition and was very impressed with the outside renovations. However, after I visited and saw absolutely no interior improvements I decided that this was not the place for me.
