With all utilities included, the price is right for these apartments. The view of the harbor is nice and the particular apartment I had was just renovated to include brand new appliances and cabinets. Downside - the leasing office staff is great... until you sign the lease. Be prepared to feel belittled when you ask them a question. If it wasn't for the tunnel, I would have considered staying.
