Upper NJ management the problem....

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
This property went through a great rehab; but it did take some time, trail and error. The staff 2004 to early 2006, was proffessional, strict, and by the book. However, since the NJ managment made changes in the begining of 2006; things have slipped drastically. Maintenance has been bad for over a year; with a m. supervisor who is rude and drumk most times. After having a storng and steady manager, there has been over 4 managers in 10 months. This causes chaos for the residents; and the now manger has no clue of apt. issues. The NJ managment needs to wake up and see whats up. They need the original manger back; it would make a difference for all..
