I have lived at the Heights for 3 years now. For what I am currently paying, I am not at all happy. The laundry facilities never seem to work. Also when I call re: noise complaints or problems such as the laundry, nothing ever seems to change. The current girl in the office is a moron and she will simply say whatever she needs to in order to get you out of her face. I would like to get out of my lease but it is too expensive to do so. Guess I will have to wait until July.
