I've only been here about 6 months and I'm ready to leave. In that short time the place is degrading at a rapid rate. The management seems to now be actively looking to rent to the worst society has to offer. The noise level is completely out of control. Parties are all night every night with no end in sight. the elevators have beer bottles in them along with vomit and urine. People are propping the fire doors open all night to allow their friends and "clients" in so the electronic entry we pay for safety is useless. Garbage is being thrown off balconies onto cars below with nothing more than a warning given by management. There has been recent fights with weapons inside the building.
People who have rented here for years are moving out daily and criminals are moving in. The entire feel of this place has changed within the last three months and it seems to be getting worse. Me and my wife are thinking about just paying to get out of our lease so we can leave early. I would stay far away from this place unless you want to live in a dangerous ghetto!

EVER SINCE THEY STARTED ALLOWING PETS, THE PLACE HAS GONE DOWN HILL. THERE IS ALSO A VICIOUS ------- THAT WORKS THERE IN MAINTENANCE.

The heights at olde towne is not at all what I was introduced it to being the walls paper thin you can hear everything. the matinence doesn't do their job our toilet was clogged up and we called the leasing office she asked was it a real emergency 1 bathroom in the apartment what do you think?
When I first moved in it was a move in special first month rent free well I got a supoena to show up in court for failure to pay my rent this place is not good at all and I advise anyone looking at the heights at olde towne to look elsewhere.
