I wouldn't live here even if it was free. Something was always broken like the old washer and dryer that 8 units shared. I was always killing roaches or spiders. Parking was a pain because I was never able to get a spot close to my unit. Just do yourself a favor and stay away from Manor View Apartments.

I've lived in my apartment for 4 1/2 years and I never seen any cockroaches. There is new management on site and they do a very good job keeping the complex safe and bug free. I'm moving back to the beach due to the tunnel traffic, but i would recommend this complex to anyone. (don't believe the hype)
