The apartments are really really nice, but a little on the expensive side, regardless of how nice they are. When we first moved in we were told that the internet, cable and surround sound was including in the rent. Well it took forever to actually use this FREE internet, it wasn't until I suggested that I pay for my service else where and they lower my rent that the problem finally got fixed. The cable is so, so poor, no good cable channels only like 3 crappy HBOs and like 11 home shopping network channels. And this so called surround sound hasn't been heard not one day in my 5 month stay at The Myrtles! On the good side the main maintance worker is the best, you have a problem and he fixs it no time. But the people who actually work in the building as leasing agents have the snobbiest of all attutides. There one male leasing agent, god bless his soul, who is nice, but the others...umm, can you say rude, you could stand there for like 10 minutes and no one will even acknowledge that you're there until you you get an attitude.
