I recently toured this apt. complex. I was relocating to the area and since it was new I wanted to view it. Leasing agent was very pleasant and showed me around complex. Apts are nicely laid out and rooms are ample size. Parking spaces were barely wide enought to accomodate a small vehicle. Was informed there was also a lot of street parking available. I was familiar with the area and street parking is directly in front and across from the Pines which was another negative factor. I asked about apts that were advertised with a water view. They were considerably much higher than others and I failed to see view. You would be blocked by the massive naval hospital next door and by Swimming Point housing area which is stately old homes with 3 story houses and very large and tall trees. Also Effinham is a very busy street leading in and out of Naval Hospital which employs thousands of people. I had already checked rent in other complexes and I found this place to be way over priced compared to others.
