Clean, landscaped, convenient to Portsmouth military facilities and Olde Towne. Rent is exorbitant*. Secure buildings require a key fob, but building doors are left open frequently and numerous people manage to gain access without the fob. Elevators are usually hot in the summer. "Pool" is only open 98 days per year, has a lifeguard and you are required to "sign in" to use it. It is very small and 4.5/5 ft at the "deep end". Parking is on a first come, first served basis. *Garages are available at a cost of more than $100 per month. *Apartment features: Security, Internet, Surround Sound, Satellite TV are included but must be paid for as a separate rent and is added to advertised rent. Surround sound speakers only work if you have a system to "plug in". The Dog Run is muddy most of the year. The walls are very thin. If you "move yourself" they have a large, required, deposit.
