New management took over in Dec 07 and there is a notable trend in money above customers. The price is very high for the area, but generally worth it when service was first. As a military member it is cumbersome to worry about your apartment. The elevators are periodically inoperable for a few hours at a time, inconvenient in a three story structure. Access to the office is fine for stay at home people, but not accommodating for those who work long hours and there is no effective internet interface. The Dry Cleaning service is ineffective when yr not able to fit to limited office hours. The GYM is well equipped, but there are some restrictions on hours. The club house is beautiful and is great for gatherings, however no reservations allowed, hard to plan, and there is no alcohol allowed which makes even casual gatherings of adults awkward.
