staff make rules and imopose fines that are out side the lease. parking is terrible and staff answer is oh well. staff is rude and out of control. staff falsely accuse tenants of violating lease. staff falsley represents lease to get you sign. neighbors live in fear of staff and the staff imposed rules and fines. you will get fliers under your door with new rules outside of lease agreement without resident representation. staff answer is that they can change rules as they see fit.
